Do we have to give up every other AI tool?
No. We specialize in building your shared foundation around OpenAI. We assess existing tools by business need, cost and data handling, recommend consolidation where it makes sense, and document justified exceptions. Account transitions are planned; personal histories and other providers’ features are not assumed to transfer.
Will consolidation lower our costs?
It may remove duplicate or unused subscriptions, but a useful rollout can also add seats, integration work and training. We establish your current spending, compare the proposed total cost and measure the value of the workflows delivered. Savings are assessed, not guaranteed.
What visibility will leadership have?
We define an appropriate view of spending, account ownership, adoption and workflow results using the selected plan’s available controls and agreed reporting. A shared workspace does not mean unrestricted access to every employee conversation or automatic oversight of tools used outside it.
Do we need to change our existing business tools?
Usually the starting point is the software you already use. We assess available apps, connectors and APIs, then connect only what supports the agreed use case. Unsupported systems may need separately scoped development.
Are you part of OpenAI?
No. Workwire is an independent implementation business focused on OpenAI. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. Customers contract directly for their OpenAI accounts.
What does a successful pilot mean?
We agree it up front: for example, less time preparing a proposal, faster access to approved information, or fewer manual handoffs. We compare the baseline with reviewed pilot output, adoption and cost before expanding.
Will our business data train OpenAI models?
OpenAI states that business data from ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and the API is not used for model training by default. Connected services have their own terms and data flows, which also need review. Read OpenAI’s business data policy →
